Oh, one thing I forgot to mention in yesterday’s blog was the last minute drama with Mariah’s son Moroccan being allowed on to the grid. As she and her entourage approached the gate, an official pulled the Red Bull staff member aside and mentioned that he wasn’t happy with a child being on the grid. There was an element of danger that the official was not happy with.
Mariah and her party got wind of this and there was a brief discussion and then she and her son were allowed entry and little Moroccan, like mum, had a seat in the souped up Mercedes Benz Safety car.
