The fashion on display at Formula 1’s first Madrid Grand Prix extended well beyond the outfits. From classic designer handbags to colourful and eye-catching pieces, there was plenty being carried through the paddock to grab Kym’s attention. Here are a few of his favourites from the weekend.
This Hermès Constance is one of the more recognisable luxury bags spotted in the paddock. Finished in the brand’s classic Gold colour, it features the signature “H” clasp, giving it a timeless look that stands out without being overly flashy.
This Nolah Mona handbag caught Kym’s eye with its white monogram print and light gold detailing. The compact shape and contrasting straps gave it a clean, polished look as it made its way through the paddock.
This Loro Piana Extra Bag had a more understated look than some of the other pieces in the paddock. The deep burgundy leather, boxy shape and small hanging charms gave it a polished finish without being too flashy.
This was easily one of the more unusual bags spotted in the paddock. What started life as a replica of Max Verstappen’s 2023 World Championship helmet has been turned into a statement handbag, complete with a gold strap – definitely not something you see every race weekend.
This red Michael Kors Jet Set Charm bag brought a bright pop of colour to the paddock. The quilted finish, gold chain strap and signature MK detailing gave the compact crossbody a classic, polished look.
This Sarah’s Bag clutch was one of the more playful pieces spotted in the paddock over the weekend. Handcrafted with detailed cross-stitch embroidery reading “Take Me Anywhere”, it features a beach-inspired design and a tiny vintage-style toy car clasp on top, giving the bag plenty of personality.
This custom Lewis Hamilton fan bag was easy to spot in the paddock. The cream crossbody features his famous number 44 filled with a Union Jack design, making it a simple but unmistakable tribute to the seven-time World Champion.
