About Sebastian

Sebastian Vettel is one of the true gentlemen and elder statesmen of the F1 paddock. Seb started in F1 as Sauber’s test driver in 2006 making a one-off racing appearance in 2007 and then spent a season and a half with Toro Roso.
Only 2 current drivers have driven more races than Sebastian, Lewis and Fernando and only one has more world championships than Seb, Lewis. Seb’s golden era of 4 consecutive world championships commenced in 2010 at Red Bull and at the time, he was the youngest world champion.
From 2015-2020 he drove for Ferrari finishing 2nd twice before securing a drive at Aston Martin for season 2021.
Despite his years in the sport and obvious success, he remains one of the most approachable and witty drivers in the paddock. There he can often be seen chatting with past team mates and colleagues while most other drivers just keep moving.
Seb married former industrial design student and current fashion designer Hanna Prater in 2019. Hanna values her privacy and has seldom been spotted in the paddock.
While Seb deftly handles the immense media interest in him, he is careful to keep his family out of the public eye; in fact I’ve never seen Hanna or his children in the paddock.
